Strategy Pack 1
For companies which have not carried out structured strategic planning before.
Strategy Pack 1 involves the owner and her/his team in the process to:
- Assess the company’s Strengths & Weaknesses and the Opportunities & Threats in the marketplace (SWOT Analysis).
- Build a picture of the company in 3-5 years’ time (Vision).
- Determine what the company has to become; define what the business stands for and the rules by which it will operate (Mission, Values).
- Decide which strategy will provide the greatest probability of turning the picture into reality.
- Develop a plan for communicating the strategy.
